Papa Bear is a perfect yacht for anyone interested in a reasonably priced diesel cruiser. She has two large staterooms, a great saloon, and a very comfortable flybridge. Her beautiful blue hull stands out in any marina and gives her a sharp, clean look. Her interior is tastefully appointed and has been updated most recently in 2012. She has reliable Caterpillar power and has a very low fuel burn at cruise. A great Florida/Bahamas cruiser as she only drafts 3'. Accommodations
The aft deck of the vessel has an accommodating overhang which shades the large aft seating area. Moving through the extra large aft glass doors, the saloon opens up with a large u shaped couch to starboard and an array of cabinetry to port. There is a large LG television with Bose stereo surround sound which services this very comfortable lounging area. The interior appointments are blue/grey with padded headliner above. The light wood has a detailed seam which runs around all bullnosed edges. The helm seat is forward in the saloon so the vessel can be operated from this area in inclement weather.
Moving down stairs, the galley is to port with a nice seating area and dining table. The galley has ample storage for pots and pans and the plenty of refrigerator/freezer storage. There is also a custom freezer seat on the flybridge for stocking longer trips.
Moving forward, the guest room is to port and has twin berths with a custom sectional piece which can be converted into an over sized queen. This room has a private head and a/c control.
Forward in the yacht is the master which features a pedestaled queen berth, private head and SMX a/c control system. There is an overhead escape hatch which lets in plenty of natural light.
All interior wood is in great shape as well as all wall coverings. The boat needs a new owner's personal touch to make it personalized to their liking.
