Overview

St. Tropez is one of the most popular Wellcraft designs ever. Welllcraft built over 1700 of this model during her production run from 1985-1993 making the boat the most succesful Wellcraft model in the company's history.  There are berths to sleep 6 people, a notable accomplishment since there is no aft cabin. The St. Tropez's single level cockpit is arranged with a double helm seat forward to port, a companion seat opposite to starboard and removeable bench seating aft..  The cockpit is very uncluttered for cruising or for light fishing.  

"Mainiac" is in very good condition inside and out and one of the engines was June 2014 and the boat is in very good running condition.  Out of state owner has no time to use.  GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A BOAT OR "WATERFRONT COTTAGE" FOR SHORT MONEY . . . A LOT OF BOAT FOR THE $$$$'s ! ! !

Accommodations

Layout:

Forward queen berth with an opening top hatch with walk around access and storage underneath. The  main salon has a large dining table which makes into a double berth with bench settee opposite. Includes flat screen TV and stereo system. The galley is aft of the dining table and includes a two burner electric stove, refrig/freezer, microwave and stainless steel sink. The head includes a sink,shower and opening side port.  Aft cockpit deck is large and includes the steering station, lots of seating and storage below. This weekend getaway comfortably sleeps six.

 

Walk Through:

As you enter the cabin to starboard is the galley and across to is is the head. Forward of the head is a sofa which converts to 2 berths and across to starboard is a conventional dinette which converts to sleep 2.  Forward is a queen  berth with good storage and a privacy curtain.

 Broker Remarks:

The boat is clean inside and out with a good shine to the hull and interior fabrics,cushions,wall coverings all in good condition.  Bargain Priced Boating for 6 and a great cottage on the water and weekend family cruising boat.
