ALTENA YACHTING is a Dutch shipyard, established in 1969 that became one of the largest yacht suppliers in Europe. The company produces both trawlers and yachts for the private clients. The range of ships in ALTENA is very large: they produce the vessels for rivers and canals, oceans and seas, of different dimensions and types.

The founder of the shipyard, Gerard Pauls, was engaged in yachtbuilding as a hobby. His first ship was the 9.5-meter-long yacht. After selling it, he earned the initial capital and opened a shipyard. Gradually, the company was growing, it designed and built the new custom-made yachts and yachts for sale. Nearly 50 years later the team working at the shipyard, has remained true to the main principle of its founder: the most important thing is love for the profession.

ALTENA YACHTING does not use the someone else's help. Everything from the design and hull to the engine and interior is made directly at the shipyard, and therefore the company is fully responsible for the quality. Both from technical and design point of views the ALTENA yachts are irreproachable.

The shipyard builds the yachts both according to the standard, and exclusive projects. The customer can make its own changes to the project at any stage by choosing the optimal form of the hull and the engine, and determing the best interior and exterior parts.

The company is also ready to work with the existing yachts. The shipyard updates the old vessels, removes the troubles, carried out the maintenance. ALTENA YACHTING will take care of all the matters relating to the equipment, hull, even the exterior and interior.
