BELLIURE

BELLIURE - from the builder of sailboats

BELLIURE combines an innovative approach to the construction of yachts and commitment to the traditional technologies. The sailboats built on the Belliure shipyard, will please everyone.

Vicente Belliure, founder of the shipyard, decided to manufacture his first sailing yacht before the opening of the company, just for himself, and later introduced Enderance 35 at the XIII International Exhibition in Barcelona. In 1953 he opened BELLIURE shipyard in Calpe (Spain).

The company is engaged in manufacture and repair of the rigged wooden fishing boats. During 21 years more than 150 yachts were produced under the BELLIURE brand. They are designed and built on the shipyard, without involvement of the third-party contractors.

Since 1974, the company began production of pleasure boats and usage of more modern materials (for example, GRP). More than 170 boats had the hull made of composite materials. Among them there were sailing yachts from 30 to 50 feet in length, designed by Peter Ibold.

Today the shipyard is fully modernized and the boats are made using epoxy and polyester resins, fiberglass, composite materials and Kevlar. The model range is refilled with the yachts from 63 to 86 feet in length.
