Later, Craig moved to Florida and settled in Monteray Marine, and in 1986 he took up his own business, and two years later opened the BLACKWELL BOATWORKS company.

For more than 25 years of work the shipyard has built more than sixty boats for sport fishing with a length from 28 to 72 feet, from simple boats to complex yachts.

In addition to the sport fishing boats, they manufacture the charter yachts, boats with a central console, express yachts and much more. The company's projects also include the catamaran. The shipyard also restored the old vessels.
