LIMAN - the megayachts from Ukraine

LIMAN is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of the luxury megayachts. The shipyard is developing the custom-made motor boats. Their length can be up to 70 meters, and weight - up to 800 tons. The hulls are made of steel and aluminum.

The LIMAN yachts comply with the requirements of the leading classification societies, including CE, Bureau Veritas (France), Russian and Ukrainian shipping registers. They design, build, repair, upgrade the yachts and commercial vessels. The plant can provide winter storage.

Shipyard Liman OJSC was opened in Nikolaevo, on the shore of the Black Sea, near Odessa. The factory has existed since 1886, but until 1933 they were engaged only in the ship repair. During the years of the Soviet Union the plant opened new areas of work, including the construction of floating docks and non-self-propelled barges. In the early 90's for the first time the factory was engaged in yachtbuilding and implemented two projects - the motor-sailing schooners that were 26.7 meters long. In 1995, after the privatization, the plant was given the status of OJSC, and in 2002 it was renamed into "Liman".

Now LIMAN is one of the largest companies producing the megayachts in Ukraine. It uses steel and aluminum, precious woods and accessories from the leading manufacturers.
