ACCOMMODATIONS

FALCON's accommodations are spacious and well engineered for everything from life at sea to life on the hook or at the dock.  Her cockpit is spacious and well protected.  Her steering station provides excellent visibility to starboard and port as well as straight ahead over the pilothouse.

The deck layout is well thought out with an emphasis on functionality and running the important sheets and functions back to the helm area.

Upon entering the spacious pilothouse, there is a settee to port and a dining table to starboard.  The controls and instruments are to port and forward.

Down to the salon, the dining area is to starboard and a seating area opposite.  Aft of the dining area is a bar, sink and chilled wine storage.  In 2013, the original salon was completely removed, redesigned and rebuilt to the new configuration.

Note:  There is tremendous storage outboard of both the starboard and port seating areas as well as under the seats.

Owner and guest accommodations are aft accessed via a spiral staircase from the pilothouse.  The full master is all the way aft with a spacious head and large stall shower attached.  There are two guest cabins as well with one to port and the other to starboard.  The port cabin has comfortable upper and lower berths and the starboard is equipped with a double berth with a Pullman bunk as well.  Both cabins have en suite heads and showers.  Note:  Master cabin has a full entertainment center and the other two cabins are equipped with televisions and DVDs.

Aft of the salon to port is the galley, completely upgraded in 2012.

The crew quarters are forward.  This cabin has two bunks - a double to port and a double to starboard, with separate sink, shower and head.  There is tremendous storage in this cabin.  Just aft of this crew cabin is a separate single captain cabin with its bunk over a full size washer and dryer.

Note:  All built-in lighting is LED throughout the boat, 2013.

COMMENTS

FALCON has previously proven herself with thousands of miles of cruising.  She really has shown that she can handle open water cruises and the island to island gunkholing in places from Alaska to the Virgin Islands or the Med.  Her current owner now has literally and totally rebuilt the boat to far better than "as new" standards.

FALCON has had a comprehensive rebuild/refit and replacement of all of her major components, from machinery, electrical and total plumbing.  In addition, she has benefited from a comprehensive replacement of almost all of her interior, with few exceptions.  What was not replaced was totally rebuilt/ refinished.  In addition, from many coats of epoxy paint to her bilges and over 90% of her wiring being renewed, she is the benefactor of all new systems as well.

Redundancy is throughout, with backup systems for all major functions.

Only an in-depth tour of FALCON can adequately introduce you to the thoroughness of her refit and give you a glimmer of what is in store for her next owner - whether it be short cruises or major passages.

There are two sets of all of the up-to-date electrical drawings and manuals for all of the equipment on board purchased as of the 2014 refit.

FALCON is only for sale now due to a change in plans for the current owner.  She represents great value for a world cruiser ready to go!
