Overview
It's Miller Time is a 1988 36' Albin Trawler in well kept condition. She has had the same owners for the last 24 years.No expense has been spared to keep her in excellent shape.She has a fuel efficient Ford Lehman 135 HP,5 kw Westerbeke 5.5 kw generator ( replaced new in 2010), new batteries,Garmin541 gps,Charles Marine 40 amp charger,all new through hull fittings.There is a Full beam aft stateroom with walk around queen bed,galley up layout,large flybridge with hinged mast. She has made many trips to the Bahamas and Florida keys and would be a great vessel for the loop.Sellers have kept an extensive maintenance log with all receipts. 36' ALBIN VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Entering the salon from the port side sliding door you will find the galley up to port,a very comfortable u shape sitting and dining area to starboard with the helm starboard forward. The sliding door adjacent to the helm allows for beautiful airflow through the salon and the interior is warm and inviting.The master stateroom is aft and the guest stateroom is forward. Engine access is through the salon parquet sole hatch.
The headroom in the salon is 6'3 with both forward and aft staterooms at 6' 1.The Flybridge has 6'5 clearance with a removable Sunbrella Bimini top.

| It's Miller Time offers a spacious aft master stateroom with a walkaround queen berth, ensuite head ,small tub and shower with manual pump head to black water or direct discharge,ample storage with hanging closet and draws to port and starboard. The guest stateroom is forward with v-berth and also has an ensuite head with ample storage including a hanging locker. Both cabins have a teak parquet sole. A 16000 btu Cruise Air system services both cabins.

The galley up is located in the salon to port.The large windows offer plenty of light. The large salon sitting area is to starboard and allows for easy socialization during galley prep.There is also ample counter space and storage.
