Overview

Classic yacht Analía is an Alfred Mylne design. Built at Berthon Shipyard in the UK, in

1925, rigged as Yawl Marconi, with a length of 22.88m and a breadth of 4.39m.

Includes two guest double cabins, owner cabin, double bed in saloon, and crew

cabin. Kitchen and two WC´s complete the living area. Engine room is aft and

includes main engine and most of the on board systems.

On upper deck, steering area and nav station are placed aft, where main access to

the lower deck is made through nav station. Another shed on foredeck gives also

access to lower deck through crew cabin. Lounge is placed on central area with a

folding table and big fridges.

Two skylights and twelve portlights give natural light to the lower deck.

Yacht Analía has been fully restored in different stages during the last years.

This yacht is ready for Classic Yacht Regattas and she has a valid CIM Certificate.

Hull

The hull was deeply restored to eliminate the water ingress and the deterioration

of the planks due to the moisture. Also structural deterioration was evident. An

epoxy based work was done, using West System guidelines. No fibre

reinforcement was used.

Accommodations

 SLEEPS SIX GUESTS IN THREE CABINS PLUS TWO CREW

One double cabin and two twin cabins with upper and lower bunks.

All three cabins share one head compartment aft.

Forward of these is the saloon and the galley.

There is crew accommodation in the bow, which is also used for sail storage.

Renewed floors, bulkheads, doors, furniture, ceilings, beds, selves, hardware, hinges...etc.

Engineer Room

Main engine, Cummins 135hp, was fully revised and mounted on silentblocks which did not exist

originally.

- New Exhaust System. Halyard.

- New feathering propeller Maxprop Fast VP. 4 Blade, Diam.26".

- New Genset Cummins Onan model 11.0MDKBN (11 kW).

- Engine room was completely dismounted, sand blasted, the structure and

engine bed restored, and all the systems were re-installed on a more efective

layout. Most of the equipment was replaced.

-New ventilation system.

-Engine Room was fully covered with Akustikabsorber FAI-30M to provide

thermal and acoustic insulation.

- New Stat-X Fire System inside ER, with smoke and temperature detectors.

- Engine Room insulation by Akustikabsorber FAI-30M.

- Panels edge intersections sealed to provide insulation continuity.

- All the AC´s out of engine room, insulated as well.

 

Electrical Equipment

- Genset starting battery. 90Ah/12V. Already existing one.

- 2x emergency batteries, 200Ah/12V producing 200Ah/12V.

- 6x Service batteries, 200Ah/12V each. Production 600Ah a 24V.

- All hermetic batteries placed on ventilated areas.

- 2x AC power supplies, 6kW, 220V. Plus 2x isolation tranformers.

- 1x Inverter / Charger Quattro 8kVA.

- 2x 24V/12V Transformers.

- Existing emergency battery charger.

- 220V supply in each cabin.

- Main switch board including separated switchboards for 220V, 24V and 24V

emergency.

- Some of the 24V consumers on board:

Air Conditioning

o Existing AC´s (Marine Air Systems) 10,000 and 5,000 BTU/Hr each.

o 2x additional AC´s, 5,000 BTU/Hr each in guest cabins.

o Electronic controls on each cabin.

o Self contained AC units. Salt water refrigeration system supplied by a

pump in ER. Sea water from main sea inlets.

o Condensating water circulated to nearest Sumpbox.

o Remote temperature sensor on air return duct.

o Electric heaters fitted to AC,s fans to be used during winter, if

necessary, to keep wooden hull structure at its optimun moisture

level.

o Rigid Isolated ducts from fancoils to distribution grills.

o All AC units enclosed in sound shields.

Rigging

 Yawl rigged, all the standing rigging and masts have been fully checked and renovated where necesary. New sail

configuration, with added bowsprit and extra forestay for light wind genoa New masthead fitting, adapted to the new

configuration. All in Stainless Steel.
