Upgrades Over Six Years Of Ownership!

2013.

Replaced one 12000 BTU Marine air unit for the forward cabin.

Added Groco strainers for the main engines, generator and air conditioning.

Replaced all 6 solenoids.

All new window screens and Window Shades, new canvas top and new hatch covers

Bottom sandblasted. All blisters repaired, new barrier coat w/ two coats of Micron 66 bottom paint.

The upper Helm steering unit was rebuilt.

Rudders and shafts removed and replaced cutlass bearings, packings, Etc.

New fortress FX37 second anchor with chain and rode.

New Simrad AC12N autopilot system.

New Magnum 1200 W, 70 amp inverter/charger.

New fuel sending units..

2015.

Removed and had serviced fuel injectors.

The generator coils were rewound.

Two new Maxwell windlass foot switches.

Two new 150 amp Delco alternators.

Rebuilt the port transmission.

New VHF radios.

Upgraded the entire interior including new upholstery everywhere, new carpet, new ceilings varnished all of the wood.

Installed a dozen 12 volt fans.

Changed all lighting to LED.

New additional dock box up top.

2016.

Installed a new, larger kitchen sink and faucet.

Installed a 20 gallon per hour water maker.

Installed a custom fork davit with an electric winch.

Added a 2008 10 and 1/2 foot AB dinghy with an 8 horsepower Yamaha 2 stroke engine.

Installed new 4-inch foam mattresses in both cabins with 2 inch Memory Foam toppers.

Installed new Garmins. GPS map 800 and GPS map 1000 series with radar.

Purchased a new 6 person life raft.

2017.

Rebuilt the lower Helm steering station.

2019.

Installed (4) new 8D Napa deep cell batteries.
