Original owners have kept her well maintained.  She is clean and freshly waxed.  Easy sail handling is accomplished with an In mast furling main, roller furling genoa and all lines leading into the cockpit thru spinlock cleats.  Well equipped with electronics including a Skymate Sat weather/email communications system, AIS, Garmin chartplotter and autopilot.  Other valuable features include a  solar panel, SS davits, inflatable dingy,  sine wave invertor, sails recently serviced, central air conditioning, refrigerator, Flatscreen TV and stereo system!
