House

This is one of the great layouts in a boat this size.  Two bedrooms and two heads and a large salon and galley.
The galley is separated from the main salon but fully accessible.  The master has a full queen with great storage and a hanging closet.  The guest berth is a double and also includes a head with shower, sink and Jabsco marine toilet.
Raritan 12 gallon hot water heater.  H/C pressure system.  Tank indicators.  Nav station with chart table.  Sony stereo system with speakers in cockpit and salon.  The dinette is huge with like new cushions.

Cockpit

The cockpit is covered by a full Bimini and has tons of storage.  The propane locker has two tanks.  Lots of seating and a great center steering console that includes Autohelm tridata, Autohelm wind speed, Namco autopilot, Plastimo Compass and gas grill.  Cockpit stereo speakers.  The cushions are like new.

Deck Equipment

Two Lewmar 52 Winches and two Lewmar 43 winches.  The sail inventory is really new and looks new (5 years old). Fully battened main, furling jib and a geniker.
30 Amp shore power, Vetus windlass with a 35 lb CQR anchor.

Electronics

Garmin GPS/Chartplotter, tridata, windspeed, autopilot.  VHF

Galley

Tasco 3 burner stove with oven on a gimble.  Dual stainless steel sink.  Fridgomatic refrigerator and freezer.  Tons of natural light and storage.

Engine

Yanmar 69 HP diesel in great shape with 353 hours on the meter.  Mastervolt battery charger, bilge pumps.
