Overview
“ULYSSES” is a magnificent 56m Benetti with a striking exterior and luxurious classical interior designed by Francois Zuretti.The Owner; the designer and the build management team combined knowledge and experience with the Benetti shipyard to develop “ULYSSES” to be the best of the already well proven 56m platform vessels delivered to date. The results are impressive and clear for all to see. Not only is the interior well planned in terms of layout and utilization of space, but the quality of the execution of the intricate cabinetry, installation of delicate materials, lighting moods and the placement of important sculptures and a collection of stunning artwork really brings “ULYSSES” into a league of her own
Main Deck
The vessels main deck is vast, the large shaded aft deck welcomes guests aboard “ULYSSES”, before entering the formal main salon. Substantial headroom and her formal styling gives guests and immediate air of grandeur, yet allows guests to relax whether it be by the well-equipped bar for cocktails next to the Steinway Grand Piano, or to relax in the comfort of the sofas with a good movie.
The formal dining with direct access to the pantries and galley is located at the forward end of the salon and accommodates up to 14 guests. The dining area can be sectioned of with the use of decorative sliding panels to create a more private ‘intimate’ atmosphere, or meeting room.
The vessels main atrium features a spiral staircase through all decks with a central glass elevator running up through the vessel from the Lower Guest Cabins up to the Bridge deck.
Forward on the main deck one finds “ULYSSES” split level master suite of approximately……. Sq/m. The suite is blessed with huge windows and bright natural light everywhere. Entered through the stunning fully equipped Owners office, the stateroom opens to a large King sized bed, walk in wardrobes, an exquisite marble bathroom featuring a bath, large steam shower, WC and bidet all dressed with delicate gold plated taps and fittings.
A sliding panel within the Owners suite also reveals a well-equipped hair dressing salon area.
Leading up the central stairs of the master stateroom leads to the split level Owners observation salon, perfect to relax alone, take in the views whilst cruising or to catch up on the day’s events on TV which is hidden on the retractable lift. A private door also leads to the private foredeck seating area.
Lower Deck
The Lower deck served by the spiral staircase and glass elevator, comprises four comfortable ensuite staterooms (two doubles and two twins) all well-appointed with the amenities a guest would expect on such a vessel. Natural light bathes the lower deck cabins with large through hull windows.
Bridge / Skylounge Deck
The VIP stateroom is located on starboard side of the Bridge Deck. The stateroom is full beam at this deck and is blessed with huge panoramic windows making this one of the best locations onboard.
“ULYSSES” full beam sky lounge is located on this deck; it has a more relaxed informal club like atmosphere, great for relaxing, but also extremely well served by the bar and upper deck pantry for entertaining. Large panoramic windows are to port and starboard side as well as direct access to the exterior deck. This deck also features a guest day head.
The exterior deck features a large comfortable shaded dining table for up to 12 guests. The relaxed and informal theme carries onto the aft of this deck with comfortable sofa seating areas and coffee tables.
Forward on this deck is the ship’s office, Captain’s Cabin and office area as well as the bridge itself.
Sundeck
“ULYSSES” sun deck is the ultimate holiday platform, expansive, comfortable and well equipped for a whole host of activities.
Her exterior decks provide the perfect holiday platform whether it be the opening transom and bathing platform for watersports at anchor; relaxing and entertaining on the Main and Upper decks; or for a great party on the vast sun deck which features amongst other things the Jacuzzi, extensive sunbathing possibilities, fully serviced bar with TV, Sauna, and exterior Projector screen ideal for the watching those sports events like the F1 Grand Prix or the next Oscar winning Movie.
