100' Broward Motor Yacht SITUATIONS
This 100' Broward Motoryacht SITUATIONS features 2006 interior refit, custom crafted by IK yacht design in Fort Lauderdale. Flat screen televisions throughout, as well as full surround sound both inside and out.
Broward Motoryachts have consistently been praised for their large volume interiors, and fantastic user friendly layouts and this yacht is no exception. Her country kitchen has been re-arranged to feature a custom island, as well as granite countertops throughout as well as all new appliances. Her three stateroom layout is highlighted by interior soft goods, as well as flat screen televisions and surround sound, and a full beam master stateroom has King size bed, and his and hers heads.
Her expansive flybridge has also been re-arranged to feature another custom island which hides a wet-bar with refrigerator and a full stainless steel grill plus hot tub forward of tender. On the aft deck a full teak dining table seating six adults, a full wicker couch with chair and ottoman, and outlets for a flat screen television. The large cockpit found a few steps down from the aft deck, is perfect for fishing or diving, and can store all of your equipment in the huge lazarette, or all of your food supplies in the large extra freezer and refrigerator.
This yacht is a perfect Bahamas or Caribbean Cruiser.
