 is a one-of-a-kind 1990 Graftech 44 Waverunner Steel Trawler designed by Bruce Roberts and she is turn-key ready for your next adventure. Comfortably Numb has spent most of her life in fresh water prior to 2015 and just completed an extensive refit in early 2018 including new Awlgrip Hull & Topsides paint, minor hull plating, addition of more anti-corrosive Zincs, many new through-hull fittings, hoses, new anti-fouling bottom paint, and so much more. 

With her large fuel capacity of 700 gallons & fuel-efficient twin Cummins 150hp Diesels plus many liveaboard features and upgrades, she is ideally suited for doing the "Great Loop" or island-hopping through the Caribbean for extended periods of time with a range of approximately 1,000 miles at 8 knots. Enter the spacious Salon of this 1990 Bruce Roberts 44 Custom Waverunner Steel Trawler from the Pilothouse sliding door on the starboard deck, and the lower helm is forward to Stbd. and a "L-Shaped" Sectional Sofa with a matching Coffee Table that doubles as a Hassock, provides many layout options and ensures the comfort of your guests. Large opening windows to port and starboard with blinds and smaller opening ports with custom draperies provide plenty of light and ventilation throughout this yacht for gentle tropical breezes when you don?t need the A/C systems. To Port, opposite the Helm, is a large bank of ?L-Shaped? Storage cabinets with additional counter-tops & Entertainment Center with TV. 

Moving forward and down several steps is the well-appointed "U-Shaped" Galley to Port. Fresh multi-color ceramic tile accents the back-splash panels above and behind the 3-Burner Electric Princess Stove across from the upright Magic Chef refrigerator/freezer. Recent improvements in the Galley include custom matching cabinetry above the Refrigerator and back wall of the Galley, as well as the addition of a Breville SS Toaster Oven and Frigidaire Microwave Oven. Above the double SS sinks Outboard, an opening port provides plenty of light and ventilation when open, and teak storage racks line the forward Galley wall providing convenient storage of spices, wine glasses, utensils and more. The Ceiling is covered with attractive designer decorative faux tin tiles and a designer contemporary ceiling-mounted LED Tubular Light Fixture brightens the Galley. 

Opposite the Galley is the Guest Head, with Vanity & Sink running Athwartship, Raritan Electric Flush Toilet under the opening port window outboard, and a stall shower and over-under cabinets opposite the Vanity. 

All the way forward is a private Guest Stateroom with a Double walk-around Bed, convenient shelving along each side of the hull with cabinets below, and a large storage locker with double cabinet doors accessible from the foot of the bed pedestal, large enough to fit several 20+ Gallon storage containers. 

Moving aft through the Salon, the entry to the Master Stateroom is to Starboard and down several stairs leading to a Queen walk-around Berth with a nightstand to Starboard and built in cabinets and drawers line the Starboard wall of the SR with a wide countertop under the 4 opening port windows with custom draperies. Opposite to Port is a deep hanging locker aft and a large master head with vanity, sink, electric Raritan toilet, and a stand-alone tiled shower stall with new fixtures

Hull and Deck

The Hull of Comfortably Numb is freshly painted in 2018 with Awlgrip Paint and the decks and cabin/flybridge superstructure shines from recent painting as well. The wide side-decks are protected by high SS Railings that provide plenty of safety and protection for crew. The Aft Deck has a new Sunbrella Bimini/Sun-Shade and a high-quality, solid teak set of folding deck chairs and round folding table make this an ideal entertainment area with a spectacular view of your surroundings. A large fiberglass storage box is mounted on the aft deck to Port. Heavy-Duty Davits were added in 2016 and the hoist winch upgraded to a 3,000# capacity. A 10' Avon SeaSport 320DL RIB tender and 25 hp Yamaha 4-Stroke Outboard will make anchoring out a pleasure with safe and dry trips to shore in this versatile and fast tender. 

The Four-Sided Flybridge Enclosure with U-Zip Vinyl panels shows as new and makes running this 1990 Custom Bruce Roberts 44 Waverunner Steel Trawler from the upper helm a pleasure. The addition in 2017 of a second pedestal companion seat & base welded to the upper deck provides seating for a second mate, in addition to other seating options around the side and aft section of the flybridge. The view from the Flybridge is helm is a Mariner's dream with excellent sighting of the transom and bow, as well as the starboard rail. 

The Foredeck is easily accessible from the pilothouse door or from either side of the Aft Deck via wide and deep side-decks and high SS Tubular Railings. A King-Size Sun-Pad, with a protective Sunbrella Cover, adorns the foredeck and provides plenty of space for your sun-worshiper crew and guests. All the way forward is a Bow Rail with an Anchor pulpit for a Delta Plow style anchor & chain, handled by a 2015 Lewmar 12V SS Windlass with remote controls at the helm.
