Under forward steps is Glendenning storage with forward Tank Tender monitoring system for black water, grey water and forward fuel tanks. Full rope lighting underneath stair handrail and bottom of steps. 

Pilothouse LED lighting, new granite counters, full electronic upgrade (full Garmin and NavNet) HPS hydraulic power thruster, upgraded Naiad stabilizers (digital), spot light, Bennett trim tabs with display, Kahlenberg horn system (3 trumpet),  forward wrapping L-settee and Cherry and Holly flooring in Pilothouse.

The entire vessel features a a dark Cherry wood interior and all interior doors feature Raised Panel Cherry Wood. The Galley is up with a full U-shaped granite countertop, KitchenAid appliances, appliances all have dark Cherry skin, beautiful stain glass doors (McMow) going towards galley.

Separate stairwell LED lighting to Master Stateroom. Master Stateroom features a king bed with twin walk-in cedar lined closets. His and Hers heads with shower in the middle.  Separate walkway from owners corner to engine room, new LG Smart TV, ample storage in Master all with same cherry finish and separate washer and dryer.

Remarks

This 80' Burger is a diamond in the rough! She was custom built through a very experienced original owner yachtsman whose marine electrical company is well-known throughout the marine industry. He had Burger custom build this boat so that it can be owner operated with just two people. 

She has always been kept on the Great Lakes, never in saltwater. During the winter she is stored in a private heated shed. She has a little over 1000 original hours and is in mint condition inside and out. The engine room will remind you of a hospital. 

She is available to be viewed in Grand Haven, MI at any time. Very seriously for sale.
