This sweet little pocket cruiser is fun to sail, roomy enough for one or two people to live aboard, and built with the quality that C&C was known for. A great deal on a very nice boat!

"Esprit"has been well maintained and well loved, but her owners have moved away from Florida and she needs to find a new home. She's hauled out in Green Cove Springs. She's a tiller-steered model with a Yanmar engine and sails in great shape. Her layout is spacious, and she's a very comfortable yet fun-to-sail boat.

  Accommodations The C&C 27 is a very spacious boat for its size. It features a full dinette on the port side, which seats 4, and seating for 4 more, comfortably, on the starboard settee. The v-berth is spacious, and head is fully enclosed and private. The galley features a 2-burner stove and large icebox which could easily be converted into e refrigerator if so desired. All of the interior is finished with the fine teak woodworking of the time this boat was built. The cabin sole is teak and holly, and grab rails and bulkheads provide ease of moving about the cabin while under sail. This boat could easily be lived aboard by a couple or a single person!
