This C&C Logical 46 has just completed and extensive refurbishing including new Awl-Grip paint on all topsides. If it is space that you seek, this "C&C Logical" delivers. Her Salon is like the living room in ones home. Furnishings can be moved to suit ones taste and the decorating possibilities are endless.
"Arcturus" has only 2000 hours on her Volvo Diesels and less than 2000 hours on her 8KW Lugger generator. Burning approximately 3.5 gallons per hour at 8.5 kts makes this "C&C Logical" incredibly efficient for her size.
The ability to move and change things is very liberating from what most yachts offer.

C&C Logical 46 Power Cat WALK THROUGH This C&C Logical is very imposing when viewed for the first time, whose gleaming, new, white Awl-Grip paint can probably be seen from the Space Station. Unlike the ordinary Yacht, space abounds on this vessel. Upon stepping aboard her port quarter one notices that nothing moves, like stepping onto a concrete dock. However, she can be pushed and moved around with little effort. Here at the stern one is met with an expansive cockpit area with plenty of seating and plenty of room for a dining table. This area is completely shaded by a fiberglass awning for protection from the sun and rain. Staying to the outside and headed forward along the very wide port sidedeck are stainless rails and lifeline running to the bow. Here on the bow is the centerline located ground tackle consisting of a 70# plow type anchor with 120' BBB Chain rode and a large Lofrans Anchor Windlass. Five Bomar hatches line the foredeck athwart ships with ample storage. Stepping up the new stairs is a very large Flybridge area, limited only by ones imagination as to how to use this great space. Here is her helm station and boatdeck aft with four 100 watt solar panels mounted atop. A new awning covers the helm with all rails and Stamoid canvas in this area being new. Headed down and back to the expansive cockpit where there is plenty of stowage and generator top access. This Again is a delightful area with seating across the rear. Stepping down through newly finished French doors one enters the Living Room sized Salon. Real full sized furniture is here with the ability to rearrange things when the mood hits. This is a bright and pleasant space dedicated solely to great air conditioned living with the electrical panel being close at hand. From this great Salon its down stairs at each or the four corners acting as the hub to these spaces. The Galley is to Starboard and runs from amidships aft in this hull. The galley is well equipped and access to the starboard main engine is here hidden away. Back up and forward and down are two Master Staterooms, port hull and starboard hull. These masters are very large, each with its own en suite bathrooms. These Staterooms have ingeniously used space in the forward hulls running to the centerline of the vessel for each Stateroom. Back up and down in the port quarter is another stateroom and head. Access to the port main engine can be made here hidden away through the head. ENGINE * Two Volvo Penta TAMD40 A 135 hp. Diesel Mains with 2000 hrs. GROUND TACKLE * One70# Plow type Anchor with 120' BBB All Chain Rode ELECTRICAL * Eight KW Generator ELECTRONICS * Raymarine A-65 Chart Plotter/GPS GALLEY * Visanni Refrigerator Freezer New2014 MECHANICAL * Two Mermaid M-16 16,500 BTU Complete Systems New 2014 DECK & GENERAL * Floor Coverings (Carpet) New 2014 BROKERS IMPRESSIONS "Arcturus" would be an outstanding live aboard, giving the space needed to live comfortably. With the space available to allow ones imagination to take hold as to what they would do with this space or that space. Most Yachts on the market have built-ins that do not allow the flexibility that "Arcturus" offers. Tremendous resources were spent on this vessel and it is in my opinion that "Arcturus" is an outstanding opportunity at her current asking price. |
