The semi-enclosed aft deck has split seating aft along the transom looking fwd. There are fixed windows port and stb'd (replaced 2011) with isinglass along the transom, so this area can be opened up or utilize the seperately zoned  air conditioning.
Fwd is a formal wet bar for 5, equipped with Kitchen Aid ice maker and Magic Chef refrigerator.  Satellite receiver with 15 inch LCD flat screen TV and  Bose stereo speakers.  
Access to the aft VIP/ Master is to starboard down staircase, which offers a very private sanctuary away from the rest of the accomodations. and access to engine room is through a deck hatch fwd of the wet bar.

Access to the side decks, port and stb'd is via wing doors and the swim platform via a centerline ladder. Also accessed from this rae is the flybridge and the engine room via a clear perspex hatch behind the bar area.

There is a sliding door which accesses the salon going forward.

There are two nearly identical Master/VIP staterooms on "Lady Anne". One is amidships, accessed from the galley area and the other is aft, accessed from the enclosed aft deck.

The aft stateroom has it's own entrance stairwell off the aft deck that goes under the formal bar. the stateroom features an athwartship Island Queen bed with drawers under on the port bulkhead facing starboard with reading lights on both sides. Three hanging closets are aft. Recessed under bunk accent lighting. Air conditioning is controled by a digital thermostat. Satellite receiver and  32 LCD flat screen TV with Bose stereo speakers. Cosmetic dressers are located aft and fwd of the bulk head.

The cabin is classically decorated withvarnished  teak panelling and rattan insets.

There is an ensuite head and stall shower.

Quite unique for a vessel of this size and vintage, this arrangement allows for equal sleeping quarters for 2 couples, while affording a maximum of privacy for both.

The master stateroom is amidships, for'd of the engine room and accessed aft from the galley. The island Queen bed runs athwartships from the port bulkhead facing starboard. Reading lights are located on both sides of the bed with three hanging lockers aft. Air conditioning is controlled by a digital thermostat. Satellite receiver with 32 inch LCD Flat screen TV. 

To starboard is ensuite head with separate shower and Mansfield head.  

All portlights re-bedded in 2011.

Coming forward from the aft deck is the large, bright and airy main Salon wth leather settees to port and stb'd.

On the aft bulkhead is 42 inch LCD Flat screen TV and satellite receiver with a Sony DVD player, Sony Digital control system, and Bose stereo speakers.

Recessed rope lighting above four opening windows, two on each side.

A game table is located port with four chairs.

Down four steps from the salon forward is the galley and access to three staterooms.

From the Salon fwd down three stairs is the galley with a pantry to port and electrical panel to starboard. Plenty of natural light enters from the full length overhead windows (replaced and re-bedded in 2011) to stb'd. There is a breakfast bar with two barstools.

Forward is a U shaped counter top with stainless steel side by side refrigerator/ freezer. Starboard of the refrigerator is a GE microwave and four burner Jenn-Air cook top. Starboard side is a duel sink wth Insta-hot faucet and aft is a countertop convection oven. Below the counter is a Kenmore Spacesaver Dishwasher.

Air conditioning is controlled with a digital thermostat.

Access to three cabins is off the galley area, V berth forward, twin cabin to port and master cabin stb'd aft.

Forward of the galley is guest V-berth. 2 twin beds with ensuite head. Aft of the bed is a hanging locker with below bed draws. Satelite reciever with 15inch L.C.D Flat screen T.V.  Fwd is access to the chain locker.

Fore deck has Bow pulpit with a 80 lbs CQR  Stainless Anchor with 3/8 chain and Galley Maid windless. A 6 Person Viking life raft is mounted fwd of the 10 ft Avon tender powered with a 9.9 Mercury outboard. A Marquip manual rotation and manual lift davit mounted to starboard. Forward on the hull are the docking lights. Port and Starbord shore power hookups for twin 50 amp cords with phone and Cable TV.

Twin 12v71ti's Detroit engines, Tide dripless seals, and dual racors.

One engine was replaced several years ago and only has a couple of hundred hours on it.
