Overview
Working Commercial Tug. Good condition vessel with a working crew of 5 (Capt. & 4 crew members). Capable of cruising for 15 days at 9 knots. Powered by twin EMD Electro - Motive 16 cylinder naturally aspirated diesels with 567 C Blocks at 1650hp each. Two Detroit diesel gen sets (99 kW). Added bonus - Second Tug (94ft) in need of new clutch may be included in the sale. Good for live aboard, recommissioning or scrap salvage (See other add under Curtis Stokes & Associates).
Walk Through
Standard three deck design and layout with the Wheel House and Captain's quarters on the upper deck. Galley and crew quarters at mid deck and engine room and mechanicals of the lower deck. Full access to working fore, aft and side decks from the mid level.
Wheel House / Capt.'s Quarters - Top Deck
The wheel house offers a spacious working area with up-to-date electronics including: - Dual Radars - VHF / AIS - Auto Pilot - Dual compasses - Port & STBD engine control
Good site lines with 180 degree visibility and aft windows.
Full Captain's berth with private head, heat, A/C, hanging lockers and storage drawers.

Access to the mid engine room and engine components is also accessible at mid deck.
Access to the fore, aft and side decks is from this mid deck.
Engine & Mechanical
This Commercial Tug is powered by twin EMD Electro - Motive 16 cylinder naturally aspirated diesels. Engines have 567 C Blocks rated for 1650hp each (3300 hp total).
Gear drives for both engines are hydraulic.
Dual propellers are 4 blade stainless steel. 100 inch in diameter with a 60 inch pitch. Drive shafts are 10 inch in diameter and have KOBELCO dripless shafts for ZERO bilge water discharge.
Gen Sets are both Detroit Diesels: - 6-71 1800 rpm - 8-71 1200Both are rated at 99kW
This Tug does not have a holding tank and has a microphor cg approved system.
