The 31 is cored above the waterline to reduce weight, and her deep-V hull features wide reverse chines and two lifting strakes to provide a dry and comfortable ride in a chop. A single level cockpit makes the Contender an easier boat to maneuver than most other center consoles. Rod holders are everywhere, and the fish boxes are huge.
