Accommodations

One enters the boat by boarding from either Port or Starboard side decks, or by climbing the boarding ladder up from the swim step to the aft deck above the aft cabin.  The aft deck is sheltered with an extended bimini top and provides a roomy space for entertaining.  A stairway leads to the large flying bridge area with 360-degree visibility and fully enclosed with canvas and clear panels.

The main companionway into the salon area is entered through a full height teak and glass door to starboard with stairs down. The main salon features a built-in "L" shaped settee to port and the helm station forward to starboard.

Moving aft, a central door leads to the full-width aft cabin with a queen size bed, full height cedar hanging locker, cosmetic table, and ample storage.  The en-suite head is large and includes a Vacu-Flush toilet and enclosed shower.

Forward of the main salon, down a central stair is the "U" shaped galley to port and a separate dining area with built-in seating and table to starboard.  The dinette lowers via a pneumatic center post and makes a double berth if desired.

Continuing forward is a head to port with a Vacu-Flush toilet and shower.  Continuing forward is the Guest Berth compartment with a queen size bed.

Improvements & Upgrades

  • Engine Room air intakes on both sides of the yacht were upgraded to built-in fiberglass intakes instead of the plastic covers that came with the boat and prone to cracking.
  • Two live well bait tanks were added to the aft swim grid and plumbed for seawater feed.
  • Access hatch to Salon was changed from a half hatch and half door to a full height door only.  A custom powder coated metal top was added to make the full height door possible.
  • Windshield wipers were upgraded from single arm to pantograph dual arm with larger wipers
  • The forward berth was improved to close-in the V section that had a cushion for bedding and subject to falling out of place at night while sleeping.  Storage was added underneath the new section and a new custom mattress was installed for the new shape of the berth.  Custom sheets were made.
  • Hanging locker in Aft Cabin was changed from half height to full height to better serve hanging clothing.
  • Lighting was changed to halogen lights in the Salon and both forward and aft cabins.
  • Heart 2500 Watt inverter was added along with a Link 2000 charger/monitoring system.
  • House bank is (3) 8D AGM batteries.  Engine bank is (1) 8D AGM battery.  The generator is also an AGM battery.
  • New Ray Marine a128 MFD was added in May 2017 with Lighthouse and NOAA charts for US and Canada.
  • CHIRP and DIGITAL Sonar was added with the MFD giving a 3D view of the bottom.
  • 300 feet of all chain rode was added instead of the usual chain/rope combination.
  • Raytheon Auto Pilot was added to the navigation system.
  • MMC Mathers Micro-Commander electronic controls were added to both helms in place of the stock cable controls.
