Overview

New Listing!  1983 Corbin 39.  One owner, custom built blue water sailing vessel in very good condition.  Very nicely accented, this vessel includes many extras, including spare parts.  The original owners sailed Saguaro down the Mississippi and throughout the Caribbean.  After many years of enjoyment, this boat is ready for it's new owners and next adventure.

Accommodations

Forward berth sleeps two and two additional berths on either side amidships for a total of four.  Berths have custom built hinged sides for ease of access.  Bedding is in good condition.

Cockpit

The cockpit of Saguaro is roomy and comfortable with seating for four.  Storage underneath the bench seating.  Forward the helm there is a beautiful custom built teak folding table.  A stainless binnacle compass and Autohelm electronics accompany the helm. The stern is outfitted with a Monitor Windvane steering system.

Electronics and Helm

Saguaro has an interior helm outfitted with Autohelm brand compass, fathometer, autopilot, Furuno 1715 radar, Furuno GP-32 GPS, Icom M710Marine radio, VHF radio and loud hailer. Cockpit helm outfitted with Ritchie compass, Autohelm compass, Autohelm FP6000 autopilot, Autohelm brand fathometer, apparent wind, knotmaster.

Galley

The custom built galley has plenty of locking storage, a butcher block counter area and authentic Mexican tile accents the owners personally selected.  Refrigeration, additional storage and a microwave are located to starboard and a large oven and stove located to port.

Walkthrough

Entering Saguaro from the cockpit area an interior helm is located to port with ample electronics and a navigation center situated immediately to port of the companionway.  Access to the stern storage area is to port.  Bench seating is located to starboard.  Moving forward from the interior helm station is a comfortable galley area with refrigeration, storage and microwave to starboard and cabinetry, a stainless steel sink and large stove to port.  All of the storage doors and cabinetry have locking mechanism.  Moving forward of the galley is a large folding custom teak dinette table and berths on port and starboard with additional cushioned bench seating below.  Additional storage is located throughout.  Forward of the dining area is the master stateroom with berths to port and starboard.  A roomy head is located just aft of the master stateroom.  The entire interior is accented with beautiful custom teak and holly sole.  The interior is in very good condition and has a comfortable, home like feel.
