We are proud to present this very clean 27' Crownline 270 with Kohler Genset.

She was barn kept since making her way from fresh waters 200 hours and three years ago. She has quite the shine.

This is a beautiful 270 CR Cruiser 27' Crownline 2007 powered by a 320hp 6.2 Ltr Mercruiser MPI with Bravo III Outdrive and a Kohler generator. She has a beautiful cockpit with ample seating, including a large transom bench with both fore and aft facing seats and a swivel back rest that converts the entire transom area. A wet bar sink and storage area provides fresh water and storage for food and drinks, and a port-side companion lounge provides additional seating at the helm.

Her helm seat has a flip-up bolster and storage beneath, and her instrumentation includes:

Even with all its extras, the 270 CR is one of the industry's most affordable cruisers.
 
The helm is designed for maximum operating efficiency and the lounge area for maximum comfort and convenience. A bolstered flip-up double pilot's seat aids visibility for docking or close maneuvering. A tilt steering wheel and a rack-and-pinion steering system help simplify handling. Instruments are easy to read and controls and switches are easily accessed. In addition to its numerous standard features, there is also a wide choice of optional equipment to customize the boat to your personal needs.

Yes, she was a freshwater boat.

She has lived in Stuart, FL for three years indoors in a local marina. She is up to date on all maintenance and then some. Come take a look and review her service records.

New oil pan along with manifolds and risers should give you an indication of the attention she has received.

Her interior shows minimum use. She does not look her age.

She is on her way back to her present berth after being checked over by our mechanic to assure she will be survey ready.
