Vessel Walkthrough

This revolutionary design turned the Motor yacht world on its head.  A three stateroom, two head layout below married to an express style bridge with molded-in seating and only one small step between the aft deck and the helm deck.  This 4450 has only had 2 owners and is in well above average condition.  New Electronics and all enclosures are in excellent condition.  The bridge also features (2) Air Conditioner/Heat units, Ice Maker, Flat Screen T.V. & Wet Bar.

Molded in steps lead from the bridge deck to the large swim platform which is hydraulic for easy tender storage or ease of in and out of the water access.  The bridge will accommodate 12 adults easily.

Below decks is a unique 3 stateroom, 2 head arrangement.  The salon features an L-Shaped ultra-leather sofa with a fold out bed along with a raised booth style dinette that provides excellent visibility of t your surroundings.  The galley, salon and dinette are all on the same level for entertaining and comfortable living.  The well-equipped galley comes completely equipped.  The master stateroom features a king size island bed and tons of storage space.  The master head features a linen closet, vacuflush head and real ceramic tile.  Don’t forget to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub with shower!
