SERENDIPITY has a unique arrangement plan that encompasses many levels of the vessel, and includes an ON-DECK MASTER STATEROOM. The interior is bright and airy with lavish use of pearwood, leather and fine fabrics. SERENDIPITY has full walk-around decks. She is built to ABS classification but not classed.
NOTE: SERENDIPITY is a unique and high quality Dutch built yacht, originally constructed for one of the titans of the U.S. insurance industry. Her current owner has spent a great deal of money in enhancing and customizing her, but has recently purchased another vessel and is therefore motivated to sell, and offers are strongly encouraged! This is a preliminary listing in progress pending review and owner approval, and may not accurately or completely reflect the vessel's details. Additionally, a few of the photos are outdated, and do not reflect some changes the yacht has undergone since they were taken, specifically a flybridge top extension, which now covers the entire flybridge, and some beautiful custom seating and lounging areas beneath the extension. Although there will be some exclusions including owner's personal items, there are very few items which will be excluded from the sale.
The Interior was originally designed by the famous Artline company in the Netherlands. Since then, the current owner has improved and updated this unique and avant garde yacht. There are four guest staterooms, all with ensuite baths. Below, forward are two crew cabins. The Captain's cabin has a centerline double berth with private head and stall shower. Aft of the Captain's cabin to port is an over/under berth cabin with head and stall shower. Further aft is the galley with a crew dinette.
Beyond the crew area is access to the circular bar in the lower area of the main salon. There is a column rising from the center of the salon/dining area - up through the main deck to the glass encapsulated wheelhouse! Ascending the lower area via the curved staircase to port, one enters the galley and laundry areas. The teak aft deck is open with an overhead cover. To port is a curved stairwell that leads to the swim platform and tender docking area. There is a full wet bar to port on the aft deck and to starboard is a stairway leading to the flybridge.
The flybridge features a helm station with full controls, built-in seating and 4 reclining chairs w/footstools, a wet bar, refrigerator and icemaker. A hard top covers the seating area, and a custom extension covers the aft area of the flybridge now with gorgeous dining and lounging areas.
The formal dining area on the main deck comfortably seats 6. To starboard are stairs leading to the raised pilothouse. There is a day head forward of the pilothouse.
The Master Stateroom is fully forward. It has a walk-around king-size bed, hanging closets and abundant storage space. There is also a full beam Master Bath with Jacuzzi tub, his and her wash basins, shower and head. A guest stateroom with a full size bed and ensuite head and shower is located on the lower level to starboard off the galley area. Two additional guest staterooms are located in the stern, below deck, accessed by a curved stairway located on the starboard side of the Main Salon. Aft to starboard is a guest stateroom with twin beds and ensuite head with shower. To port is the VIP stateroom with queen-size bed and ensuite head with shower.
