Hoek Design Truly Classic 78, Dorr Jachtbetimmering, 2006, aluminium,
6 guests, 2 crew, modern lines, exceptionally easy to handle.
ALSO AVAILABLE FOR CHARTER
In August 2009 S/Y Bontekoning returned to The Netherlands,
meanwhile
her complete sail wardrobe has been renewed. From November 2009 until
February 2010 the yacht underwent an extensive and thorough maintenance
program. The hull has been re-spray-painted racing Green and all the woodwork has been varnished.
This sheer classic beauty with long bow and transom overhangs and clean
uncluttered decks makes her a vast representation of the Hoek Design
pedigree.
She is MCA compliant, sails under Dutch flag and has proven to be a very attractive and successful charter yacht.
The extraordinary Art Deco interior features classic detailing throughout.
Bontekonings spacious deckhouse offers a comfortable U-shaped dining
area with superb views and also houses a navigation station. The large
owners stateroom is located forward of the mast bulkhead with a double
berth. Two guest suites and one crew cabin (all ensuite) are integrated in the aft
section. In addition to a large open plan lounge, further relaxation
options are available at deck level and in the aft cockpit.
Bontekoning is exceptionally easy to sail shorthanded, thanks to the
hydraulic in-mast furling system, powered sheet winches- and furlers on
the headsails.
