43' Endeavour CC Walkthrough

As you step down the companionway steps into the salon, the area is large and inviting with space for comfortable entertaining or lounging. With a L shaped settee to starboard and a teak folding table there is room for several guest to dine.  Across from the settee is a built in entertainment center with an upholstered barrel chair and a fold up cocktail table.  Just aft of the salon to port is the galley with the navigation station to starboard.  Forward of the salon is the guest berth and head.  Aft of the navigation station on the starboard side is a walk through with a workbench, electric panels and engine access through two doors.  Further aft is the Master Stateroom with a queen berth and private head.

43' Endeavour CC Accomodations

This Endeavour 43 is set up with two staterooms with the guest cabin in the bow and the master stateroom is the stern.  The guest cabin has a queen berth to starboard and a large head with a sink and toilet.  Master stateroom has a queen berth athwartship with a large head with a sink, toilet and large walk in shower.  The salon is very large with a separate galley, navigation station and an entertainment area.  The interior of this vessel is very rich and warm.  The cabin sole is a teak parquet and the cabinetry is teak with a light headliner throughout the yacht.  Very traditional and classic with 6'7" headroom throughout the interior!

43 Endeavour CC Broker's Comments

This 43 Endeavour CC is a very clean and well care for yacht.  The current owners of 27 years have cruised extensively and enjoyed living aboard.  They are knowledgeable mariners and have equipped this yacht for safety and ease of handling.  The interior is original with several items that have been updated over the years.  The owner has taken meticulous care of the engine and has documented all maintenance during his ownership since 1990.  There are charts, books, misc. equipment, a dinghy and outboard not included in this listing.  However, the owner will entertain requests to purchase these items if requested by serious buyers.  The list will be provided upon request. The topsides need to be painted and the exterior teak needs to be refinished.  Other than the deck and exterior teak, the owner believes that everything is in good working order.  If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable live aboard, let me know and I will show you this classic yacht!
