Accommodations

The 31 PC offers a great layout for the family with high end Cherry finishes and soft goods.  Entering the cabin down three steps for the aft deck are there is an enclosed head with a shower, vanity and Vacu Flush head.  Forward to the Port side is the galley with a Norcold refrigerator freezer,  Samsung microwave, Kenyon 2 burner Euro cooktop and a Toshiba TV with built in DVD player.  The counters are a specked Charcoal Corean 1 piece counter with a deep round stainless steel sink. There are hanging lockers above for storage and 2 deep cabinets below the sink.

Across to the galley is a large U shaped dinette that will seat 4-6 and converts into a double berth for 2.  There is storage below the settee cushions as well as hanging locker above.

Forward there is a offset Double berth that serves as the Master and the Aft cabin has a U shaped settee that converse to a Double berth.

Deck Equipment

The cockpit area is accesses from the large molded in swim platform with a hidden swim ladder and transom door.  There is a large U shaped seating area along with the double helm seat that will seat 8 very comfortably,  There is a cockpit shower as well as a wet bar area with a sink and U Line ice maker.  The helm has a wood grain dash with a wrap around windshield and Bimini Top incorporated with the radar arch. The molder bow pulpit has a windlass.

There is a VHF, Raytheon A65 Plotter, Stereo system, Bennett trim tabs. remote spotlight, telescopic wheel, and Merc Cruiser controls.

Electrical Equipment

There is a 7.3 KW generator with a 30 amp shore power cord.  The vessel has 3 batteries and and a battery charger with parallel switch.
