1998 Gibson 44 Cabin Yacht, a comfortable houseboat and IDEAL LIVE-ABOARD, lightly used and in good condition. She is powered by twin 350 HP FWC 454 XL Crusader engines with only 506 Hours and has a Westerbeke 8KW generator to power house systems when on the hook and/or cruising.
 
'Carol Marie' is well appointed, spacious throughout with plenty of room to comfortably sleep eight on overnight trips and can accommodate many more for day trips and special events. As stated, she's an ideal live-aboard and the ultimate get away destination.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The aft stateroom has a Queen sized mattress and the forward compartment has (2) Queen berths. With an additional full size convertible futon in main salon. The Gibson comfortably sleeps six to eight. Huge storage capacity throughout in many compartments. Large master head aft has a separate shower stall and the forward head has a shower as well. Both heads are Jabsco electric (37010 Series).
