MAGNOLIA is an exquisitely detailed hardtop cruiser with enclosed helm/salon which combines classic Downeast styling with agile performance.  The galley-down, two stateroom floorplan is notable for spacious staterooms, huge galley, and the optional office with desk and washer/dryer. Cockpit has built in seating, teak sole, engine room access. Outstanding finish, near perfect gelcoat. Cat 800hp diesels cruise in the mid 20's (28 knots top).   View to appreciate the finish aboard this single owner yacht. Excellent service records with no expense spared. Accommodations

Island double berth in forward stateroom with port and starboard side counter, bureau and hanging lockers, and head compartment with stall shower.  Next aft is port side stateroom with twin berths, hanging locker, drawers beneath the berths, and starboard side head compartment with stall shower.  Next aft is a starboard side locker with washer/dryer followed by a cabinet and a desk, and a port side "U" shaped galley.
