Walkthrough

Boarding FIRST CLASS from the gunwale there is a two step access ladder leading into the large Cockpit.

Set up to fish or cruise, FIRST CLASS has a fighting chair or table and chairs option for the centered chair pedestal.

The Cockpit sports a full compliment of fishing gear as listed below.  The portside of center hinged door leads to the open and airy Salon.

The first thing you note is the attractive dark laminate bulkheads and cabinets with the off white upholstery shades and carpet.  This gives FIRST CLASS a fresh modern look rarely seen in her sisterships.

To starboard is an L shaped settee and large storage ottoman.  To port is a matching barrel chair and L shaped dining settee.  The Galley has under counter appliances lending itself to a clean modern look.  A 42” Sony TV can be seen by all in the Salon.

Slightly to port are four steps to below with an over under cabin to port connecting to the next forward Guest Head.

To starboard is the Master Cabin with a walk around queen size berth with nightstands and storage below.  En suite is a full head and shower.  Going forward is the Day Head door into the Guest Head.

All the way forward is a cabin with twin bunks, a third access door to the Guest Head and the yacht’s washer/dryer.

The Flybridge seats a crowd forward the aft helm, allowing for excellent visibility to the Cockpit.

The Foredeck has a crane and RIB tender greatly increasing the yacht’s flexibility while cruising.

Salon

The Salon is entered one step up and to port of centerline by a hinged door.  Immediately to starboard is an L shaped sofa to seat four.  A four cushion ottoman and reversible tops functions as a coffee table as well.  Abundant storage is within.

Immediately to port is the yacht’s main electrical panel and switch panel behind a laminated doors.

Next forward is a swivel barrel chair followed by an L shaped dining settee to seat three with storage below and a Corian two leg table in front.  The upholstery of the barrel chair and the dining settee match the couch.

The large side windows have white pleated shades.  Above are five LED adjustable track lights and two Sony stereo speakers.

All the way forward to port is the yacht’s entertainment center with a Sony 42” LED TV, a Pioneer AV receiver and a Sanyo Blue Ray player.

The carpeted sole has a carpet runner in the traffic area.  Upholstered valances hide the pleated shades when up.

Remarks

FIRST CLASS stands out amongst the crowded field of 48’ – 55’ Hatteras convertibles.

Her interior has been substantially updated and shows like a much newer boat.

Rigged to fish and cruise she excels at both!

Sensibly priced with lots of updates inside and out we invite you to view FIRST CLASS after seeing a few of her sisterships!

Engine Hour History

Boat was purchased in 2017 with 327 hours on the port and 724 hours on the starboard engine room meters.  These hours were since overhaul.  An Airbox inspection by a qualified Detroit Diesel mechanic proved the verbal reports from the seller.  Since that time the current owner has put approximately 310 hours on each engine as evidenced by the digital hour meters in the new tachometers.  So to the best of our ability to determine the engine hours are 637 port, 1034 starboard since rebuild.

Exclusions

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard FIRST CLASS, there are some personal belongings aboard.  Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
