Overview

This boat is difficult to convey through text. The moment you step onboard you will absorb the love and knowledge that the owners have put into this boat. She is in wonderful condition aesthetically and has been modernized along the way. The master cabin and VIP cabins have a television, as well as the pop-up Whisper Lift television in the saloon. The aft deck of the flybridge has a wonderfully comfortable seating area. A rare addition for this type of Hatteras, the bow has two bench seats that blend perfectly into the design of the boat, one of which holds an aluminum gas tank for a tender. With that addition, you are afforded with three outdoor social areas; the forward sun deck on the bow, the flybridge, and the aft deck dining area. Of course, the aft deck has a beautiful Eisenglass zippered enclosure should one need it.

Perfect for a live-aboard or for entertaining. Ready to head south for the winter as a get-away. The interior has been fully remodeled. There are three staterooms; each with an ensuite head. This is a great opportunity to get a deal on a proven boat that has been cherished.

Accommodations

Sleeps 6-8. The forward stateroom has over and under bunks and head with an enclosed shower. The Portside guest cabin has side by side single bunks and head with an enclosed shower. The aft owners stateroom has a queen-sized bed amidships and a fully equipped head with an enclosed shower stall. There are teak decks throughout the boat. Fully air-conditioned with Cruisair touch panel controls.

Down below, for easy access, is a separate unit Bosch washer and dryer. The heads have been carefully updated with mahogany countertops and stainless steel sinks.

Galley

Galley has a full size and updated GE refrigerator. The galley includes a stovetop, updated Samsung microwave/convection oven, Corian countertops, electric retractable wine rack (or whatever you want to store in there) with storage for 15 bottles, and a custom foldable teak dinette.

Saloon

The shocker in the saloon is the pop-up television on top of the comfortable layout and stunning condition. The saloon has a sofa, two reclining chairs, and a custom entertainment center. The pilothouse is forward of the salon. That lower helm includes a NEW Simrad unit.

Aft Deck

The aft deck has a table and chairs, custom teak cabinets, 60 mil polycarbonate zipper enclosure, and a freezer enclosed in teak. Additionally, this space includes a custom-made table with a lift to allow for both the dining table and coffee table heights. There is a clever wet bar with a U-Line icemaker and plenty of refreshment storage as well.

Flybridge

Wow…what a flybridge. The flybridge has a beautiful custom teak instrument panel and overhead electronics box, a Stidd helm chair, and a U-shaped sofa that can seat 8-10. Furthermore, there is a custom fly-top for shading the sundeck seating area.
