  1. New 20 ft hard top, custom designed and made for an all solar off the    grid. Installation time two weeks, cost with shipping from New Jersey      was $20,590.00; also a total custom made fully enclosed insulated wall/rail system with bent wood rails, for extended top deck extension and spiral stairs labor for install was $5,500;Total $26.090,00
  2. All new brass through-hull fittings to engine and water inlets and outlets. Total material/labor cost of $16,000.
  3. All heavy duty new waste discharge lines and two new toilets crews quarters and master suit. material/labor cost was over $4,900.00
  4. New impressive custom aluminum spiral stairs [$4,500] to top deck and the floor/trim and side wall retrofit. Material and a three weeks labor at $4,800; a total $9,300.00
  5. New aft deck water-proof plas-teak floors, new water resistant walls and electrical. material/labor, $3,200.00
  6. All new heavy duty, deep cycle, marine batteries [12 of them in all] replaced. cost/labor was $2,200.00
  7. 15 kw Generator serviced, new filters/new starter added/labor.$500.00
  8. New stainless refrigerator added to galley/labor. cost $600.00
  9. New granite counter top and new custom seating/labor in galley. Cost/labor $2,600

  28. New TV for master suite and DVD player [not installed]. $350.00
  29. Completely reworked yacht tender, cover, teak hand rile grip side rails, lights, etc, with new 20 hp, electric start and steering console.  nice, comfortable fast and stable boat to dock passage. material/labor $4,500.00 
  30. New main salon furniture, new couch/bed capacity, and old English style button tufted leather chair comfort. $1,700.00
  31. New custom bent chrome rail w/support bars and base connectors, for back roof, for aft canvas shade and rain guard made [on board] but ready to be installed yet. cost was $380.00 

Also, there are many small items purchased which are not on this list. All new and sold with the yacht.
