Overview

Continually updated by fastidious owner!

A wonderful Hatteras 70 CPMY that has been well cared for and updated over the last few years.  She is a special yacht with an air-conditioned extended aft deck.  The bridge has been extended and lengthened and has seating for a crowd and a center island with three bar stools.  There were an extensive re-fit and engine rebuild in 2008.  I personally delivered the boat from Fort Lauderdale, FL to New Bern, NC over a period of 7 days in early 2015.  A classic, well-found vessel that performed as one would expect from the Hatteras pedigree.  With the desired Galley Up and large 4 staterooms and four heads, “LaBelle” is the one to see for anyone looking for a stabilized, large motor yacht.

From Seller:

"We have enclosed the flybridge, installed a 5k stereo system, installed 5 camera security system, installed all new appliances, and added two Garmin units.

Everything on the boat works, and I have purchased spares for all the pumps on the boat.

I've spent over 70k getting her perfect. Coastal Diesel maintains the engines and transmissions,

and just installed new block heaters.

Also, we did some research, and both engines were overhauled about 1200 hours ago.

The port had some work done around 800 SOH, but not overhauled. They run perfectly.

I am in the process of painting the engines again, but they still look okay.
