Vessel Walkthrough
Lauderdale Lady has a package that includes upgrades to the salon cabinetry, master stateroom, walk in closet, bath with jacuzzi, flybridge wetbar with fridge and the increased size aft deck and cockpit plus other special features. The owner, all the while enjoying her, has updated/upgraded any system or part on this yacht that required attention, mechanically and with soft goods. She is in TURN KEY condition and is now ready to cruise back to Florida or where ever her new owner desires.

Lauderdale Lady has a customized interior and an added cockpit when new, as a part of the Lauderdale Lady Package. She features accommodations for up to 10 persons in 5 staterooms and 5 heads. The master stateroom and one of the guest staterooms are located below deck aft of the engine room. The aft guest stateroom may also be used as an office. The forward stateroom has over/under berths and this stateroom has been utilized for crew. Also forward are the VIP stateroom and an additional guest stateroom.
Salon
The main salon has a white four place circular dining table forward to port. On port aft and across the aft bulkhead is a large, comfortable white sectional. A wood adjustable height coffee table serves the sectional. A special aluminum end table is adjacent to the sectional and near the dining table. Along the starboard side enclosing the stairway below decks is an extensive cabinet unit with a granite top, wet bar and large Uline icemaker. Concealed within are the entertainment system (with Bose Surround Sound, CD, USB and DVD), and storage cabinets and a built in wine rack. A new Emerson 55” TV is within the cabinetry and facing the seating area. The star pattern Stark carpet and most wall coverings in this area are new as well as the LED lighting. In the forward starboard corner of the Salon, quarter & shy turn stairs with a lucite bannister lead down to the master and guest (office) staterooms and to the engine room access.

Galley
Galley is just forward and port of the Salon with a dinette opposite to starboard. The galley has been completely updated.

Helm

Master Stateroom
Aft and full beam is the master suite. A king sized bed is centered with the rolled headboard aft. A built in bench seat is to port and continues forward into built-in drawer units. Built in drawers to chest high level run the length of the starboard side. Mounted above is a combo TV/DVD player. There is a cedar lined walk in closet with keyed safe forward on port and opposite on starboard is the large bath consisting of a spacious synthetic marble sink with vanity, tub/shower with Jacuzzi jets, and a marine Tecma fresh water head
Office/Study
The Aft Guest Stateroom has a single bed along the outboard hull side and a built in desk forward with a pullman berth overhead. An ensuite Tecma fresh water head with vanity and mirror. This stateroom doubles as an office.

Aft Deck
The large aft deck is protected from the elements by hard sides and a full soft aft enclosure. Naturally, all can be fully opened to enjoy beautiful weather. Seating on the aft deck is provided by an upholstered L-shaped all weather sectional and chair both with orange waterproof cushions.

Deck & Hull Equipment
Done in 2015, to eliminate any blisters the fiberglass hull was completely pealed at Brewers Pilots Point Marina in Westbrook CT and 4 layers of epoxy material was added and all new bottom paint. All the through hulls were removed then replaced or serviced to new condition. All running gear was serviced including the bow thruster.
In 2013, the Oracal 970 RAYacht Blue color wrap was added to hull. If the new owner prefers a white hull the blue can be removed at minimal expense and changed.
