Elmiran is a 2013 80MY Hatteras that was custom built by the seller. This yacht offers cherry satin wood throughout and four staterooms with each offering en suite heads. The master is full beam with three large port hole per side and the optional his and her head layout. This yacht is powered by Twin Caterpillar 1600hp diesel engines and twin 27.5kw generators. The owner upgraded the hydraulic stabilizers to zero speed which makes anchoring very pleasurable, and a hydraulic bow thruster. 

Elmiran has a very large aft deck with teak flooring and a custom matte finish teak table. Just forward is a half moon dual sliding doors that leads you into a full beam salon. To the starboard is a sunken bar w/bottle storage & refrigerator and ice maker. Just forward of the salon is a dining table that converts to a gaming table. This area also offers a wine cooler. The country kitchen is has an island style galley with dinette seating. Two large pull drawer sub zero refrigerators plus a large upright sub zero refrigerator.

Elmiran has a day head on the starboard side just before the stairwell to the lower staterooms. Each stateroom is customized with décor fabrics and stone for the heads. All the mattresses have been upgraded and cherry satin wood throughout the staterooms. Access to the flybridge is from the galley or the aft deck. The flybridge is fully enclosed with Strata glass with A/C. The helm is all the way forward with all the electronics a captain will need for that adventurous trip. There is a bar to the port with three stools and seating to the starboard and port. The flooring was done is teak under the hardtop, and as you access the bridge aft deck the hardtop was extended to give good coverage over the dual burner grill.
