Accommodations, Furnishings and Layout

The 35' Henriques Maine Coaster was built with the downeaster design in mind, and was quickly adopted by the charter boat industry due to its large roomy (120 sq. foot) aft cockpit. She is built with a solid fiberglass modified V hull with a moderate beam and a relatively sharp entry. She is a very economical boat to operate and is equipped ready to fish with large outriggers and fighting chair. This is a classic no frills just pure fishing boat ready to go. The Doc Holiday is an active charter boat located in Key West. Owner is motivated to sell.

Boarding is easily accomplished by wide transom gunwale, stepping onto the large aft cockpit deck shared with a single fighting chair. The aft bulkhead on starboard side has cockpit controls. A ladder on the port side leads you up to a large roomy fly bridge where there is seating on the port, starboard and aft area's, captains chair in center of bridge by the upper helm and controls. Opening the aft cockpit sliding bulkhead door leads you into the teak salon with settee to the port. Engine access is gained thru hatches in the salon deck. The galley is forward and down on starboard side with standup head/vanity directly across on the port side. Moving forward is a V-berth for two with an overhead hatch. Topside, from the aft cockpit, walking around the house via the wide gunwales leads you to the bow deck with bow rails, anchor, anchor pulpit and windlass.
