Overview

The owner is motivated to sell this classic, beautiful and incredibly functional vessel perfect for living aboard, a 44' Heritage East Sundeck Trawler designed by renowned trawler architect Arthur Defever and built in Taiwan with attention to every detail. The teak interior shines, the doors inlaid with ornate oriental carvings of birds and flowers. The salon is spacious and very living room-like with a pretty blue brand new queen sofa pullout. The galley is big enough for dual chefs with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric range, and adjacent large circular dining area (with new cushions) seats 6-8. The aft main stateroom has a vast array of built in closets and dressers with a queen bed, plus a roomy en suite head with separate stall shower. The forward guest stateroom had two single sleeping berths, however currently this area is set up as a large closet with a built-in desk and en suite head. The Heritage is designed for comfort with air conditioning throughout and an entertainment area with the enclosed air conditioned aft deck featuring a full wet bar with sink and small refrigerator. The party continues via steps to the bridge, which provides breathtaking views and seating for a small crowd of friends and family. At Cracker Boy Boat Works in Riviera Beach, the boat just had the hull sanded and bottom painted with three coats of Petit Trinidad, thru hulls were cleaned and fresh zincs installed, and the boot stripe was also painted. This boat had a survey and sea trial two months ago, with the detailed report available to motivated buyers. She ran perfectly. Make note that the two Crusader 350 Engines are gas with 771 actual original hours. She has since motored smoothly to Ft Lauderdale, where she is now in the water for convenient showing.
