INTRODUCTION

BENE VIVERE represents the latest addition to the popular Hylas Yacht series, offering a proven Frers-designed hull and a powerful sail plan to ensure spirited performance and fast, comfortable offshore passagemaking. Her twin-helm cockpit design and push-button sail handling systems make for easy shorthanded sailing, with a spacious four-cabin interior layout ideal for family and friends. Ease of handling and life on board is further enhanced by twin bow and stern thrusters, air, generator and an extensive list of galley, navigational and entertainment equipment.

ACCOMMODATIONS

BENE VIVERE features a four-cabin layout with four double staterooms, including one with full-width master cabin aft.

Interior cabinetry is all flush European-style teak, finished in satin varnish. Cabin soles are varnished bamboo with teak inlays and custom locking mechanisms. Cameo white fabric headliners with teak-framed Oceanair hatch screens/blinds throughout. Head and shower areas are all painted white Awlgrip and feature Corian vanity tops, solid Corian sinks and varnished teak grates. Hanging lockers are lined with cedar and feature automatic lights. Upholstery is cream Ultraleather, with bedding and towels throughout.

FORWARD GUEST STATEROOM

Beginning forward is a private VIP stateroom with a queen-sized berth on center, desk with swing-out seat to starboard, and large hanging locker and drawers to port. There are lockers and shelving outboard each side, and more drawers below the berth, which lifts up for easy access to more storage space. Two large flush deck hatches provide great light and ventilation.

PORT GUEST STATEROOM

Forward of the main salon and to port is the second guest cabin, featuring a generous double berth, hanging locker and multiple drawers and lockers outboard and below berth, which has a stainless plate under mattress for use as a work bench.

FORWARD GUEST HEAD and SHOWER

The two forward guest cabins share an enlarged single head and shower stall that can be accessed privately from the VIP cabin or from the passageway. There is a Jabsco quiet-flush electric toilet with holding tank indicators and discharge controls. Countertops and fiddles are “Sahara” Corian with varnished teak grates.

MAIN SALON

The main salon of BENE VIVERE is quite spacious for a vessel of this size, thanks to her generous 17’- 8” beam. A large L-settee is to port, with a custom-varnished teak table that can be lowered for use as a smaller coffee table, or raised and expanded for group dining. Two custom seats are inboard, with anchors for tie-down while underway. To starboard is a full-length settee with storage outboard. There is an Avanti wine cooler to port and large 46” flatscreen TV on the main bulkhead, supplemented by one private screen in each cabin. The entire space feels light and open due to teak-trimmed deckhouse windows, two large flush deck hatches and two hull windows. Access from the cockpit is made easy by extra wide steps with angled sides for secure footing while at sea.

NAV STATION

Aft and to starboard is an outboard-facing navigation station with easy access to the cockpit. There is a comfortable pedestal chair along with built-in switch panels, navigation instruments and remote control panels for the charging systems and tank monitors. The workspace also includes a chart table with multiple storage spaces.

GALLEY

Further aft and to port is a long walk-through galley that is fully equipped for comfortable living at sea or on anchor. There are several well-thought-out storage lockers for glasses, dinnerware, appliances and provisions. Features include:

OWNER'S STATEROOM

The owner's private stateroom is located aft and features a large berth on centerline and bureaus outboard each side with extensive counter space. There are (2) large hanging lockers to port and numerous other drawers and cabinets. Extended beam is carried well aft to create a spacious, open cabin accentuated by twin hull port lights and two flush deck hatches.
