Construction from mould with monolithic bottom in e-glass multiaxial fibres and hybrid e-glass/Aramidic woven rovings, vinylester and polyester resin, with deep V hull (22 stern), sandwich lamination sides with PVC closed-cells core. Longitudinal and transversal reinforcements in laminated multiaxial e-glass, compartmental and structural bulkheads in marine plywood.

Deck: construction from mould in pvc closed-cell core sandwich format through system vacuum infusion lamination with VE resin and carbon fibres renforcements. Anti-slipping finishing on walking areas.

Painting

Hull: Integral neopentilic gelcoat moulding, “Itama” AMG Mercedes Benz silver colour. Floating line in polyurethane white stripe. Submerged part of th hull is protected by two layers of “Hing Speed” antifouling paint with epoxy anchoring base.
