Description

Entering Inspiration from the stern one enters the spacious salon with a large sofa to the starboard and comfortable seating to port.  Beautiful teak flooring highlights the beautiful interior. The galley is just forward of the main living area to starboard and has all of the amenities needed for long range cruising.  Forward of the galley the roomy pilothouse has a large command center with all of the electronics and monitoring systems required to navigate through the harshest conditions.  A large double seated helm chair allows the navigator to assist the captain with ease.  To port and moving forward of the pilothouse a companionway leads one to the forward berths with a beautiful and spacious master stateroom aft and under the pilothouse.  The master stateroom has a large ensuite head with stand up shower with bench seating and Vacuflush toilet.  Forward of the master and to starboard, a cabinet contains a large washer and dryer for ease of laundry cleaning and forward of the laundry is a guest berth with over and under single bunks.  Forward of the companionway is a large double V berth with a large ensuite head with standup shower with bench seat, Vacuflush toilet and second hallway access.  Inspirations accomodations are spacious and clean with beautiful wood cabinetry.   The entire interior of Inspiration is exceedingly well maintained and very nicely appointed.  Comfortable seating and upholstery and custom window treatments are some of the fine features of this wonderful vessel.  Inspiration also has Central Vacuum throughout and large floor accesses to the bilge areas.

Mechanical

Inspiration is powered by powerful Cummins engines and has two generators, one Phazor with 1028 hours and one Westerbeke with 7187 hours.  Both generators run flawlessly and have been well maintained by their knowledgeable owner.  The vessel also has Westmar stablizers to provide a comfortable ride in the heaviest seas.  
Four separate Cruisaire Cooling and Heating units keep the vessel comfortable with zoned air conditioning.

The view to stern is improved by the owner adding rear facing mirrors on either side of the helm which allows the operator to see aft down each side of the vessel.

Bridge Deck

The fly bridge deck is accessed from the stern starboard side steps and through the pilothouse port side stairwell.  The raised helm area has two Pompanette captains chairs and a stainless steel ships wheel.  Two comfortable seating areas, one to port and one to starboard.  The radar arch is hinged and allows for the clearance to drop from 28 feet to 15 feet, simply dropping the antennas changes the bridge clearance from 28 feet to 21 feet.  The entire fly bridge is covered with a soft top bimini that is in excellent condition.  To aft of the helm and seating area of the flybridge is a spacious deck that contains a working davit (port side) and a inflatable 13 foot Novurania tender with a 50 hp Honda outboard.  The flybridge decks and finish is in excellent condition.

Engine Room

Inspiration's engine room is accessed through a starboard side entrance on the aft deck.  The stairway to the flybridge raises to allow access.  A short ladder steps down into the exceedingly clean and spacious engine room.  One will be hard pressed to find an engine room in such exceptional condition.  A tool box and work bench aft, fresh water pumps on 12volt and one high capacity 115 volt plumbed together, oil change pumps, Westerbeke 15 kw generator amidship, and a Phazor 8 kw to starboard.  Four Cruisaire AC units to port, one 24000 byu, two 16000 btu and one 10000 btu all to port, aft of the port engine.  Four 200 gallon fuel tanks, two on each side all manifolded together.  On the forward bulkhead are stabilizer tanks and controls, dual Racor filters for port and starboard and a Parker fuel polishing system, plumbed to polish each tank separately.  Two Vacuflush  generators are forward of the port engine, hydraulic pump for stabilizers are driven by the starboard engine.  Two 8D batteries and 24 volt battery charger for the bow thruster is forward of the starboard engine. The engines are easily accessible on every side, all filters are located and easily accessed from the center walkway between the engines.  Everything is within easy reach and very accessible.
