Within her lifetime, the Backlash has had multiple impressive tournament wins and catches of notoriety. In 2015, she won the Ocean City White Marlin Open with an impressive 94 pound white marlin earning over a million dollars in 1st place prize money. Several years prior, the "Backlash" has been credited with catching 41 whites and a blue in a single day of trolling off of Virginia Beach. Known for her propensity to raise large blue marlin. Her most recent slob on the dock was a 914 pound fish weighed in Rudee Inlet near the end of the 2015 season. The Backlash has a history of fishing success that very few boats can claim. She has spent most of her days as a professionally owned and operated charter boat being well maintained throughout her work. She's a very roomy 53 with a clean and comfortable interior. Her 450 hp Cummins allow her a nice cruising speed of 27 knots with excellent fuel economy. The Backlash is ready to go and will give an added level of dominance to her new crew!
