ESPRIT is one of the rare center cockpit Little Harbor 44s offering the aft-cabin layout of the Little Harbor 46 in 44 feet. She can be easily handled by one person with her electric furling Hood mainsail and electric primary winches. All sail control lines lead back to her large, comfortable center cockpit.

ESPRIT has been maintained like new. For the past 20 years she has been lavished with care by Hinckley Yacht Services. Her Yanmar engine was installed new only a few years ago, all electronics were installed new in 2013, her generator only has 581 original hours on it and her aesthetics are impeccable. There is no Little Harbor 44 in better shape than ESPRIT – she is as flawless as any non-brand-new yacht can be.

Her centerboard configuration offers a minimum draft of 5’ with board up and a maximum draft of 10.18’ with board down.

Maintained by a meticulous yachtsman, she is ready in every way for a new owner.

The forward cabin has a V-berth with filler, which forms a generous-sized double. There is a large hanging locker to port, plus storage lockers over each berth.

The forward head, to starboard, has access from the forward cabin and the main salon. This head area includes an electric toilet, sink, shower and good locker space.

The main salon has an expandable transom berth to port with storage lockers and bookshelves. Opposite, to starboard, is an L-shaped settee with a teak L-shaped dining table. There is a flatscreen TV over the settee.

The nav station is located in the port aft corner of the main salon with all electronics built in, a good chart table and storage for nautical publications.

There are two passageways leading aft to the owner's cabin.Off the port passageway, aft, is the owner's head with electric toilet and stall shower. The galley is located in the starboard passageway.

Danish stainless cabin lamps, teak joinery, oscillating cabin fans, curtains and throw pillows create a warm, comfortable feeling belowdecks. The cabin sole is teak and holly. Numerous dorade vents provide natural ventilation, and (2) units reverse cycle air conditioning are installed throughout.
