1995 Mainship 40 Sedan with twin 7.4 Marine Power engines is a family cruiser whose spacious interior and large fly bridge make her an excellent choice for day cruising and entertaining. She is built on a solid fiberglass, modified V hull with a moderate beam and her low profile appearance is the result of locating the engines under the cockpit sole. Her single level interior, a step down from the cockpit level, is arranged with one stateroom forward and one mid-ship, a full beam salon with lounge seating for eight. A big U shaped galley is forward in the salon and head with separate shower stall with an entrance from the master cabin or the salon.
The forward stateroom has a walkaround bed with ample closets and storage and direct access to the head. The mid-stateroom is to port with bunk beds and just forward of the galley. The oversized bathroom with separate head and huge shower to starboard.
The main cabin area offers lots of space for entertaining or relaxing. Plenty of windows for an open feeling and the sliding door to exit to the cockpit.
This is an expansive floor plan for a 40 footer. The cockpit has built in bench seating, a transom door and twin hatches in the sole for engine access. Topside, the fly bridge has an island helm console with wraparound lounge seating. The foredeck is reached through a door in the forward fly bridge.
