SASHAY, a 1999 103' Maiora is a very attractive Italian styled and built motor yacht.  She was maintained by her owners for the past 11 years until recently donated to charity.   Recent updates include air conditioning serviced and several air handlers replaced.  The teak decks were recently sanded, the vessel was waxed and some soft goods in the interior have been replaced.  Being a donation she represents a tremendous value.

She features three large guest staterooms and two crew cabins to accommodate up to four crew.

SASHAY is well proportioned and accommodates a nice centerline bar forward in the salon, a large galley and private dining for eight.  The exterior spaces are spacious with a large aft deck and flybridge with an entertaining area.

Accommodations

General

Owner's Suite:
The owner's suite is located aft on the lower deck.  This full width stateroom features: a king size bed, complete entertainment center, walk-in closet, built-in dressers, sofa and his and her baths finished in Italian marble with gold fittings and a large stall shower separating each bath.

Guest:
The guest stateroom is located amidships on the port side of the lower deck.  This stateroom features a queen size bed, entertainment center, two hanging closets, built-in dressers and nightstands and a bath finished in Italian marble complete with a stall shower.

VIP Guest:
The VIP guest stateroom is located forward on the lower deck.  This full width stateroom features a king size bed, a sofa that could easily serve as an extra berth for a child, a complete entertainment center, a large hanging closet, built-in dresser and nightstands and a marble bath complete with a stall shower.

Crew:
The fit and finish of the crew quarters is equal to any other area aboard.  It is accessed via a portside stairway on the main deck at the entrance to the galley.  This area is divided into two comfortable double cabins fitted with upper and lower berths, hanging lockers and ample drawer space.  The crew share a large head with stall shower located to starboard and aft.

Flybridge
The flybridge is fitted with a full helm station located forward on the starboard side and a set of wing controls to port.  Moving aft, there is a full service wet bar complete with an electric barbeque grill.  Continuing aft, there is a comfortable curved settee and dining table perfect for lounging and informal dining.

Main Deck
Beginning with the open aft deck, finished with hand laid teak decks and fitted with a dining area for eight guests, this deck is ideally suited for dining al fresco.  Looking forward on the aft deck, to starboard is a teak and stainless steel stairway to the flybridge deck, and to port is the deck access to the engine room below.

Going forward through the full sliding glass electric doors is the main salon.  The main salon features a complete entertainment center custom fitted in cabinetry on the aft starboard side and ample lounging areas on sofas fitted on port and starboard sides.  The focal point for the forward salon is the custom wet bar fitted with stools and finished with an Italian marble top.  Forward and to starboard is the starboard side entry door and the main deck powder room.  Moving forward and to port is the companionway that leads to the port side entry door, up to the pilot house and forward to the dining salon.

The pilothouse is located amidships and a few steps above the main deck.  It is well laid out, complete with a communication station to port, a helm station at center, and navigation station to starboard.  Aft and slightly to port is the access to the flybridge.

Moving forward is the dining salon.  This area features a marble in-laid mahogany table with seating for eight and built-in china storage to port and buffet units to starboard.

The galley is located all the way forward on the main deck.  This gourmet galley is fully fitted and finished with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and a comfortable dinette.
