Overview

Comfort Zone should be the very next 48 McKinna to be sold.  She has just been taken in on trade and the seller wants to move her quickly.  Both hull and mechanical surveys were completed in December.  There are some miscellaneous maintenance and mechanical issues that were found during the survey which the seller won't bother repairing.  In light of these issues, the asking price of the vessel is well under market and the general condition is good.

The surveyors comments about the vessel include: "The subject vessel was personally inspected and was found to be a well constructed and appointed vessel.  The vessel is apparently well kept and can be considered to be suitable for its suggested intended use of Pacific Northwest and adjacent waters."
