Deck & Hull
-Standard pilothouse/sportfisher floor plan with minor salon changes. Sleeps 6 people in 3 staterooms with two full heads below and dayhead off of cockpit.
Pilothouse helm deck with u-shaped dinette area to port. Galley area is aft on helm deck andopen to salon area which is down a few steps and aft. Staterooms are accessed bycompanionway starboard of helm. Forward/bow stateroom has centerline queen size berth and access to starboard head w/stall shower. Opposite the head is the upper/lower berth stateroom. Down 2 steps and aft to master stateroom w/king size centerline berth against aft bulkhead. Ensuite head w/stall shower is to port.
-Dayhead is accessed at forward port side of cockpit. Located beneath cockpit in large lazarette is the 20kw genset, watermaker, fire suppression system and water heater.
Layout of vessel is attached. Salon area in layout is slightly different. Carpet throughout, replaced 2013, new interior and engine room LED lights.
