Overview

The Gandy Dancer is a captain maintained, custom sport fisherman with four staterooms (accommodating eight guests), three full heads plus the added benefit of highly desirable and dependable Caterpillar diesel engines.

Accommodations

 

The Gandy Dancer sleeps a total of eight in four staterooms with a queen sized master and three upper and lower guest staterooms with three full heads.

Beginning forward in the fore peak is the first guest head with a separate stall shower. Next aft and to port and starboard are two identical upper and lower guest staterooms, each with a private access to the guest head. Next aft and to starboard is the third guest stateroom with upper and lower berths and a private head with a separate stall shower. Directly to port is the master stateroom with a queen berth, plenty of drawer and hanging storage and a private head with a separate stall shower.

Aft and up four steps is the salon with the full galley to port, a u-shaped dinette to starboard and an L-shaped sofa to port and aft. Two barrel chairs to starboard and built in teak cabinetry.

The décor is beige carpet through out, pickled teak cabinetry and wall coverings, light colored soft goods, and custom wooden window blinds.

Kenmore garbage disposal, Four burner Frigidaire electric cook top and full sized electric oven, U-Line ice maker, GE micro wave/convection oven, sliding shelf storage, two bar stools at counter top, teak parquet flooring, Seaward 20 gallon stainless steel electric water heater, single basin stainless steel sink, 110V and 12V fresh water pumps, Splendide clothes washer and separate dryer, with central vacuum cleaner system.

 1250HP model 3412 Caterpillar Diesel Engines with 2199 hours, two 25KW Phasor generators with 2414 stbd & 1687 port hours each, Flow Scan fuel flow system (new 2013), Single lever Pod style helm controls, Hynautic hydraulic steering system, Palm Beach style helm pod and  gauges, Village Marine water maker, three engine room cameras,  24 volt 60AMP Charles Industries battery charger, Galley Maid head pumps, fuel tank sight tubes, Oil change system plumbed to both engines, generators and gears with lube oil storage tank, emergency bilge pumps on both engines, electric fuel priming pumps, Halon auto engine room fire suppression system, dripless shaft seals, dual Racor fuel filters, Murphy Mechanical engine gauges for water temp, oil pressure and gear oil pressure, remote start/stop switches in engine room,  dual 36,000 BTU Marine Air chilled water air condition systems, exhaust pyrometers, macerator pump out for holding tank, ZF marine gears with a 2.03:1 reduction and trolling valves, Airsep engine breather/air filters, AC and DC lights in all compartments, and white awlgrip engine room.
