Catalina Morgan 44 is a center cockpit with two stateroom, 2 heads, that has the room and sailing quality's that your would expect in a Sailboat designed to go offshore. The original owner is a  knowledgeable sailor who has taken great pains to make her a island ready vessel. The boat is self sufficient with the extensive list of extra equipment (On request) that comes with the boat. You have every thing you need to go island hopping in a large protected center cockpit. You also have Hard top over the cockpit.

The Morgan Catalina 44' has a large center cockpit with a hard top, Enter the vessel thru the companionway to find the galley to starboard and Navigation station to port, forward you have port and starboard settees with a large folding table in the center, the v-berth with ensuite head is forward, back aft to port is your walk thru to the master with ensuite head,

The Morgan 44' offers a full beam master with a centerline queen and ensuite head with shower/tub aft,  excellent storage and ventilation with open ports and hatches, Guest quarters are forward with a large V-berth with ensuite head and privacy door. Starboard and Port settees offer additional sleeping areas.
